Avio is operated by Abdulselam Bozkurt, Neunkircher Straße 91, 66113 Saarbrücken, Germany, contact info@myavio.app. These terms form the agreement between you and Abdulselam Bozkurt. By creating an account or continuing to use Avio you agree to them. You confirm that you are of legal age and, if you use Avio on behalf of an organisation, that you are authorised to bind it.

Avio is a decision-support tool. It summarises your own documents, roster and public aviation data. It is not an approved source of operational information, not an electronic flight bag of record and not a substitute for your operator's manuals, dispatch or the authority of the commander. Every output must be verified against the official company documentation before it is acted upon. Automated answers can be incomplete or wrong.

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must not:

• use Avio unlawfully, fraudulently or to send spam;
• upload content you have no right to use, or infringe intellectual property or confidentiality obligations owed to your employer;
• probe, scan, scrape or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the service, or upload malware;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service or circumvent plan limits.

Rights holders may report infringing content to info@myavio.app; we remove it and may terminate repeat infringers.

You keep all rights in the documents and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely in order to provide the service to you.

We retain all rights in the Avio software, interface, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

We work to keep Avio available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and data-provider limits can affect the service.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled under Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the subscription page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7-day free trial. New accounts get 7 days of full Ultra access. No payment method is required and nothing is charged: when the trial ends the account simply reverts to the free plan unless you choose a paid plan yourself. The trial is limited to one per account.

You can cancel at any time before the end of the trial from the subscription page in the app, at no cost; access continues until the trial end date and the account then reverts to the free plan. Switching to a different plan during the trial keeps Ultra features until the trial ends and bills the selected plan from that date. The trial is limited to one per customer; if you have used a trial before, the subscription starts and bills immediately.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated serious policy violations. You may stop using Avio and delete your account at any time; on deletion your data is removed as described in the Privacy Notice, and you should export anything you wish to keep beforehand.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You indemnify us against claims arising from the content you upload, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app. The laws of Germany apply and its courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
