Refund Policy

The 7-day free trial costs nothing and needs no payment method. When it ends, the account returns to the free plan automatically, so there is never anything to refund unless you choose a paid plan yourself.

If Avio is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No justification is required.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the e-mail address on your order, or write to info@myavio.app and we will arrange it for you.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the subscription page in the app; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly, contact us and we will refund it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. See Paddle's refund policy for the full mechanics.
